Lapua has two excellent disc golf courses: POP Frisbee Simpsiö and the Kiviristi course.

The course is open to everyone free of charge and is maintained weekly. The full-length, 18-fairway AA1 course was completed in autumn 2016 near the Hiihtomaja ski lodge.
Kiviristi Course
Sammonpolku
Nine-basket course. Course begins between Sedu and Lapua Upper Secondary School. The baskets are located on the edge of the football field.
